Copy of National ID
Share Certificate or allocation letter
Plot number and block (if known)
Any previous beaconing documents (if available)
Letter of request (can be filled at our office)
Our process
Visit Our Office
Go to the Beacon Desk in the Shareholder Services Department.
Request Submission
Fill out a Beacon Re-establishment Form and pay the applicable fee.
Survey Team Assignment
Our licensed ERC surveyors are assigned and scheduled for your plot.
Site Visit
Surveyors re-establish beacons using original ERC maps and GPS tools.
Boundary Confirmation
You are shown the correct boundaries and asked to sign off.
Certificate Issuance
You receive a Beacon Re-establishment Certificate and map printout.
