Due to the increasing popularity and value of Embakasi Ranching land holdings, we have witnessed an increase in fraud cases, impersonation, and misrepresentation involving fake agents, counterfeit documents, and rogue websites. This page outlines our official fraud prevention policy, ways you can identify and avoid scams, and what steps to take if you suspect fraud.

Our primary objective is to safeguard the rights, titles, and financial interests of our shareholders. As a land-holding company, we recognize the value and sensitivity of our documents, shares, and title records. By implementing fraud-prevention protocols and strengthening our internal controls, we aim to reduce the risk of impersonation, document forgery, and fraudulent transactions that can harm shareholder trust and the company’s reputation.

Promote Transparency and Public Awareness

Embakasi Ranching Company is committed to transparency at all levels. We actively educate shareholders, buyers, and the general public about known scams, fake websites, and fraudulent agents. Through official announcements, fraud alerts, barazas, and our online platforms, we ensure that every stakeholder can access accurate and verified information to protect themselves from deception and exploitation.

We strive to eliminate confusion and misinformation by providing verified and secure communication channels for all shareholder services. This includes official emails, mobile contacts, paybill numbers, physical offices, and websites. 1. Payments & Receipts

  • Never send money to personal numbers or receive unofficial receipts. All payments are made at Embakasi Ranching Headquarters Complex, Ruai, Nairobi.

2. Verification of Documents

  • All land allocation records, receipts, shareholder certificates, and title records can be verified physically at: Embakasi Ranching Headquarters Complex, Ruai, Nairobi.

3. Communication Channels

  • Official notices come from info@embakasiranching.com.

  • Official letters include: Reference numbers. Company seal, Official signature of executives. Date of issue and expiry.

📋 Steps to Take If You Suspect Fraud
  1. Stop all communication with the suspected fraudster.

  2. Do not send any money, ID numbers, share details, or photos.

  3. Take screenshots or photos of all messages, receipts, phone numbers, or websites used.

  4. Send a report to our fraud team at: fraud@embakasiranching.com

  5. Report to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)

    • Visit your local police station.

    • Request to file a report under the Land Fraud Unit.
