Shareholders whose land has already been surveyed and mapped.
Those who have completed all payments and documentation as required by the company.
Requirements
To begin the Title Issuance process, you will need to submit the following:
Copy of National ID and KRA PIN.
Share Certificate or Original ERC Receipt.
Official Plot Allocation Letter.
Site Visit Report or Beacon Confirmation.
Filled Title Processing Request Form (available at ERC Office).
Payment of applicable administrative and processing fees.

Document Verification
Our admin team will verify your share ownership, plot records, and payment status.
Plot Reconfirmation & Inspection
Site visits and beacon reestablishment (if needed) will be arranged.
Survey File Review
Your plot will be cross-checked against the master survey maps and GIS database.
Title Documentation Preparation
A full set of documents is compiled for land registry submission.
Government Liaison
We coordinate with the Ministry of Lands for lease conversion, registration, and title printing.
Collection & Handover
You will be notified when your title is ready for collection at the ERC Ruai Office.
