Title & Share Management

Visit the ERC office with your shareholder documents, including your payment receipts. You’ll fill out an application form and pay the required processing fee. The process takes between 30–60 days.

Yes. Share transfer requires submission of a transfer form, the original share certificate, IDs of both parties, and a processing fee.

You’ll need to report the loss at a police station, then provide an affidavit and a formal request for a replacement. A reissue fee applies.

You can visit the office. You must provide your share certificate number and ID for verification.

Name additions/removals are only allowed through formal legal procedures such as marriage certificates, court orders, or affidavits.

Land Verification & Inspection

It involves confirming that the land allocated to you exists, is accessible, and matches the records in ERC’s system. It’s critical before title issuance or construction.

Visit our office, select a suitable date, and pay the required inspection fee. A verification team will accompany you to your land parcel.

Beacon re-establishment involves physically marking or restoring land boundaries using original survey data. It ensures no encroachment or overlap.

Bring your share certificate, original ID, payment receipt for inspection, and any prior communication related to your land.

Immediately report to ERC. The Shareholder Relations and Dispute Resolution unit will initiate a process of investigation and resolution.

Shareholder Relations & Support Services

Visit the Shareholder Services desk or request via email. Provide your ID and shareholder number. Duplicates can be issued upon verification.

Submit a signed update form, copy of your ID, and supporting documents (e.g., marriage certificate or affidavit) if names differ.

Disputes go through a formal mediation and arbitration process, guided by ERC policies and Kenyan land laws. Both parties are invited to present evidence.

AGM notices are sent via SMS, email, and public postings. You must be a verified shareholder to attend. Bring your original ID and share documents for entry.

Provide the deceased’s death certificate, your ID, an affidavit, and if necessary, a letter of administration. Our team will guide you through succession registration.
