The following individuals or representatives may initiate a transfer:
Existing shareholders wishing to gift, sell, or transfer shares.
Beneficiaries of deceased shareholders (through succession).

Buyers of land previously held by an ERC shareholder.
📑 Required Documents
For Sale, Gifting, or Direct Transfer:
Original Share Certificate or Shareholder Receipt
Certified ID copies (both parties)
KRA PIN certificates (both parties)
Passport-sized photos (2 for each party)
Duly signed Share Transfer Form (from ERC office)
Payment of transfer fee (rate available at the office)
Our process
Initiation & Document Submission
Visit our office and submit the required forms and documents. Our team will review them for completeness and accuracy.
Verification & Background Check
We confirm plot allocation, ownership records, survey details, and any prior disputes.
Approval by Share Transfer Committee
A designated board committee reviews and approves the transfer.
Record Update & Certificate Issuance
New ownership is entered into ERC shareholder records. A new certificate is prepared and issued in the new shareholder’s name.
Official Notification
Both parties are issued confirmation letters, and the records are synced with land and title services.
